Can we book a trial before registration?

Yes. Parents can book a trial first so the academy can recommend the right program, age group, and branch.

Which branches are available?

The official branch choices are Sanad Branch and Abu Quwa Branch. The same branch options are used in trial booking, registration, locations, programs, and schedules.

What ages does PlayFit serve?

PlayFit offers age-appropriate groups for players from 5 to 18, subject to branch schedules and available places.

How do we choose the right program?

Use the program finder to filter by age, date of birth, gender, program type, level, location, day, trial availability, and capacity.

How are registrations reviewed?

The academy team reviews each request, confirms the suitable group and branch, and contacts the family with the next steps.

Are medical notes private?

Yes. Medical details are handled as sensitive internal information and are restricted to authorized roles.

Can girls join?

Yes. Programs can be marked as mixed, boys, or girls depending on the group and schedule.

How are photos managed?

The academy publishes selected training and event photos in line with the media consent recorded for each player.

Can a published photo be removed?

Yes. Families can contact the academy to request a review or removal of a published photo.

How can fees be paid?

The academy confirms the available payment methods with each family. Invoices and payment records remain available through the family account.
